We know that any sort of property ownership can be a bit stressful, especially when you have people you don't know staying in your home. We try our best to take all the stress and worry out of absentee ownership.

Along with our staff, we personally work at your property, so you can be assured that we will look after your investment as if it were our own!

We have an extensive list of both French and English registered artisans who can help you with any alterations or emergencies. Tried and tested artisans, so no nasty shocks or shoddy workmanship.

We can prepare your home for you, or alternatively, your paying guests, so the holiday starts the moment you arrive.

We can organise a local chef to prepare a meal for arrival that simply needs to be reheated, ideal if you or you guests have had a long journey.  Special events and daily meals can be catered for with a chef supplied for the occation.  We are also able to organise trips and transport for your guests, from helicopters to champagne balloon flights.

We can also provide a full closure service for you at the end of the letting season.

Security checks can be carried out weekly so that your house is safe and secure and to ensure validity of your buildings and contents insurance.

We do not charge an annual management fee, winter retainer nor do we charge a keyholding fee.
